Facility Management

Provides day-to-day oversight and leadership for data center facilities.

Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, installation and operation of the facility as it pertains to electrical systems, mechanical systems, capacity planning, project management, customer build-outs, and all other aspects of data center facility operation.

Responsible for managing 24/7 activities of Facilities Team while working in collaboration with Network Operations, Engineering and various other internal and external customers.

Managing operations and maintenance of all Data Center and Telecom Buildings infrastructure equipment (critical and non-critical). Schedule and supervise the performance of both routine maintenance and emergency service on critical systems, including:

• Diesel generators
• DC Plant and Batteries
• UPS systems
• Electrical switchgear and power distribution equipment
• Air Cooling System
• Fire detection/suppression
• Building monitoring systems
• Connectivity System (internal / external)

• Building Infrastructure
